Terms & Conditions "Grow Our Network: Refer & Connect Program"
- The Grow Our Network: Refer & Connect Program is open to all current members of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro St. Louis (HCCSTL) that are in good standing.
- A referral qualifies as a business that joins the HCCSTL as a direct result of a current member’s effort. Referrals do not include businesses that the HCCSTL is presently in contact with regarding membership.
- The new member must join and pay their membership dues by December 11th.
- For every new member referred, the referring member and the new member will each receive two 15-second ad spots on the Members on Air podcast.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make.
- The new member must indicate the name of the referring member on their membership application (section “How did you hear about us?”).
- Once a referral is approved by the HCCSTL Membership Manager, the referring member and the new member will receive instructions from the HCCSTL Marketing Team on how to submit their ad. Ads can be submitted in any of the following formats: video, audio, or script. All ad material must be provided ready for broadcast. The HCCSTL will not create or modify the ad content.
- The HCCSTL will verify each referral to ensure that it meets all eligibility requirements.
- The HCCSTL reserves the right to terminate the Grow Our Network: Refer & Connect Program at any time without notice and without liability.
- The HCCSTL may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and without liability.
By participating in the Grow Our Network: Refer & Connect Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
